A new research network, entitled 'Rights for Time,' has just been launched as a collaboration between academic researchers, policy makers, local community groups and activists, NGOs and CSOs. This network will be working towards providing an evidence base that can be used at various policy-making levels to create a model to respond to the hidden legacies of conflict, such as injuries of memory and trauma.
