Protecting women and children from violence during COVID-19

Dr. Flowe and Wangu Kanja have written an article about how COVID-19 is influencing violence against women and children, especially in regards to the power and control that come from lockdown situations. These issues are being exacerbated in LMICs where women and girls are already vulnerable to numerous forms of violence, and courts are operating at a lower-capacity than usual due to social distancing requirements.
